1 Mile of Frontage on the Fox River

Enjoy tubing or floating on the Fox River! The riverfront in front of our property is very shallow, so it makes for the perfect float trip ! We have river access on each side of our property with easy access to enter and exit the river with your floats.

Town Square

Enjoy our Town Square which is complete with a new playground, a basketball court, a pickleball court, a sand volleyball court, a Fun House with billiards, ping pong, big screen TVs, and an air-conditioned Social House with leather couches and flat screen TVs.

Trails, Ponds, and Creekfront

We have an abundance of beautiful trails at Fox Bluff, including the neighboring Saw Wee Kee Park with trails and additonal riverfront. We have mutiple ponds on the property, and creekfront running through many of the sites.
