- New 50/30/20 Amp pedestals.
- Water & Sewer connections.
- Picnic table & fire ring.
- Up to 6 guest per site.
- RV (must be 10 years or newer or approval is required.)
- Up to 2 vehicles per site.
- No tents are permitted on the site.
- Pets without a history of aggressive behavior are welcome and must be leashed at all times.

- Electric usage is metered and billed
- $10 Daily Visitor Fee
